I recently saw a charge on my Chase bank account for $31.60 from DRI Advanced System Repair. I am unsure why this charge is there, as I have never heard of this company before. I want to cancel and unsubscribe from whatever this is, as I did not knowingly subscribe to anything. It's worth mentioning that I used my credit card, not my debit card for this. Recently, while watching a YouTube movie "Meteor Part 1," and just before viewing "Meteor Part 2," I decided to log out and sleep. The following day, my laptop screen only displayed "Acer" and an arrow, indicating a virus had infected it. After taking it for repairs, the technician reformatted my laptop, erasing all files, including the Kaspersky program and other important documents.

I am nearing the end of a 30-day free trial with AVG, which seemed promising. After providing my email and PayPal information and downloading the antivirus, the initial issues seemed to be resolved. However, numerous pop-ups started appearing, prompting actions from me. Despite not receiving any emails from AVG, PayPal, or Digital River Ireland, I was taken aback to see £35.88 withdrawn without my consent from my PayPal account by Digital River. The invoice ID for this transaction is 6107fdOd - 82a1-4d36-9[redacted]f2294cff. I did not authorize this payment or receive any notification about it. On June 24, [redacted], while exploring my family tree, I accidentally signed up for a three-month trial on Digital River and was charged $[redacted].95, which I promptly cancelled without a refund. Surprisingly, charges of $49.99 on September 15, [redacted], and $53.99 on September 20, [redacted] appeared on my PayPal account. Despite cancelling in June [redacted] and not authorizing further withdrawals, Digital River continued to charge me. After contacting PayPal, they stopped additional withdrawals but did not resolve the issue of unauthorized charges. I need to update the address on my invoice but can't access my Digital River account because the person who made the purchase no longer works for our company, and their email is inaccessible. The website prompts for a password I don't have or an order number that triggers an email to the former employee. For the past two and a half months, I have been attempting to contact your customer service team from Ireland. I have spent a significant amount of money on phone credit trying to reach out, but each time I call I am either disconnected or provided with incorrect numbers that do not even exist. The phone I purchased is not functioning properly - video calls and speaker calls do not work, the connection drops frequently, the camera is blurry, calls and messages are delayed, Bluetooth devices do not connect, and most concerning, the phone overheats and caused burns. Due to these issues, I am considering legal action as I no longer see a resolution through your company. My warranty still has [redacted] days remaining. I would appreciate it if someone could address these problems promptly.

I noticed unauthorized charges on our PayPal account from Digital River, specifically to [redacted] On the 10th of January [redacted], £[redacted].95 was deducted, followed by £[redacted].42 on the 2nd of February [redacted]. These charges appear to be related to a Logitech order with the reference number DRI*Logitech Order 4b5ff095-fea1-41cf-a74d-b67f1938f16c for £[redacted].95.
Despite my efforts to resolve this with Logitech, they could not locate any record of our transaction or delivery. PayPal redirected me to Digital River, but without an order number or credit card payment, I am unable to communicate with them effectively. The situation has left us with a total of £[redacted].37 being held with no explanation.
I am urgently requesting contact from Digital River to address and rectify this matter promptly. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide our PayPal transaction receipts here for reference.

I received two emails on July 1st, the first one claimed my non-existent Kaspersky Total Security software was up for renewal, and the second email stated that GBP49.99 has been charged to my Barclay's Visa credit card. I did not authorize Kaspersky or Digital River to charge my card without my consent via email or phone call. I would like to cancel this unauthorized "renewal" within the 30-day cool-off period and receive a refund if the charge has been processed on my credit card. On January 14th, I noticed an unauthorized charge on my credit card for a Kaspersky renewal processed by Digital River's automatic renewal. I am seeking a refund for this charge.
I attempted to request a refund through the online system, but I encountered significant complexity and confusion. Some pages were inaccessible, with a message claiming that I had too many cookies, which seems unusual in my 30 years of online experience.
I contacted Technical Support, but they directed me back to the 'Manage my account' section, where I was unable to move forward with my refund claim. Whenever I completed my details and attempted to proceed, the box would go blank or the 'next' button wouldn't work.
