On November 11, [redacted], I noticed a £59.99 charge on my recent Barclaycard Bill from Digital River, Co. Clare. The payment is due on January 6, [redacted]. After searching online, it seems this might be related to AVG (which I canceled over 10 years ago) or AVAST, which shows as free on my screen but was never purchased by me or given my credit card information. I didn't receive any email confirmation for this charge, and I usually save all my order confirmations. I would appreciate it if you could investigate and resolve this with the company using your services.

Hello,
I recently purchased a Lenovo laptop but was dissatisfied with its quality and battery life, so I requested a refund and initiated the return process before the 27th of December, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the courier refused to collect the laptop as it was not properly packed. Despite multiple calls to customer service and assurances of a mail regarding collection, I have yet to receive any response in the last 5 days. As a student, this delay is frustrating as I need to purchase a laptop for my work, and I'm currently paying for a borrowed one. I have provided all necessary details to the TNT collection team, but they claim to have no information on the process. I kindly request urgent action to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you for your attention.

On December 20, [redacted], I received an email notifying me of the upcoming subscription renewal, followed shortly by another email stating that £59.99 would be deducted from my account. Unfortunately, I only checked my emails the next day when the payment had already been processed. I tried reaching out via email multiple times to request a refund, but I have not received any response, which I find disappointing. I urgently need the subscription to be canceled and a refund issued to avoid further financial strain. Please address this promptly as I cannot dedicate all my time to checking emails constantly. Thank you.

My current subscription is set to expire on January 26th, [redacted]. There was a payment of £89.99 deducted from my bank account on January 11th, [redacted] to renew it while I was unwell. I raised a claim via PayPal's resolution centre for a refund, which was not approved by you. AVG customer service offered me a new subscription for £59.99. My current subscription order number is [redacted]2, while the new one, for £59.99, is [redacted]00. AVG mentioned they would refund the £89.99 if the chargeback is removed from this account. Neither my Teso Bank nor PayPal has shown this transaction. AVG requires a cancellation confirmation for the refund. Currently, two payments have been deducted from my bank account for the same AVG Secure VPN. Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you. - Mrs. Wendy Smith

I have been paying for an Avast subscription, which I do not have, for over 2 years. I have attempted to resolve this with Avast. I am requesting to revoke authorization for funds withdrawal from my PayPal account and to be refunded for all withdrawn amounts since [redacted]. Another Avast subscription, which I did authorize, was paid on 21 Jan [redacted]. Here are the correct subscription details:
Subscription name: Avast Pro Antivirus - 1 PC
Order ID: [redacted]0
Date of charge: 1/21/20 0:00
Charged amount (including taxes): 69.99 AUD
Subscription period: 1 Year
The subscription I did not authorize was charged via PayPal on 12/11/[redacted]. According to an email from Cleverbridge, I unknowingly signed up for auto-renewal on 12/11/16, renewed again on 12/11/19 for $49.99 (Ref [redacted]22) for the Avast Internet Security product. This fee is incorrect, and I request a refund. Despite multiple emails to Avast, the issue remains unresolved, prompting me to open a dispute with PayPal.

It has come to my attention that Digital River US INC. sells AVG Secure VPN. Your company reached out to me via email offering a trial of the program. Despite my initial interest, I have decided not to proceed with the purchase, especially since I can find it at a lower price on eBay. I kindly request that you cease any charges and remove them from my PayPal account. On 1/28/[redacted], I received a notice stating "no subscription here yet," but later on, I noticed an unauthorized charge on my PayPal account due on 2/10/[redacted]. I am considering reporting this as Internet Fraud. Furthermore, I came across numerous negative reviews online regarding your services, raising doubts about continuing any business with you. I plan to contact your phone number, [redacted], on Friday 2/7/[redacted] at 1:15 Eastern Time to address these issues.

I made a charge on my credit card for a one-year subscription of Kaspersky Total Security for three devices for £17.99 on January 22, [redacted]. However, Digital River mistakenly charged me £35.98 for the transaction. After my previous subscription expired, I did not receive a key code in the email to renew my subscription, and I received an error message about timing out. I believe Digital River was responsible for this. I urgently need the key code to activate my Kaspersky Total Security for the three devices. Additionally, I would like the refund of the overcharge of £17.99 back to my bank account as soon as possible. Thank you for your help in resolving these issues. - Peter B.

I am writing on behalf of my brother, Keith V. Thompson. He is currently residing in a nursing home and is unable to communicate after suffering a stroke. I have noticed charges on his bank statement from Digital River - $69.99 on September 23, [redacted], and $92.99 on February 7, [redacted]. Could you please clarify what these payments are for? Upon reviewing Keith's documents, I couldn't find any record of these transactions. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. On April 6th, Digital River Ireland processed a pre-authorized payment of £54.99 for the renewal of Kaspersky Internet Security. Two years ago, I believed I had successfully canceled this subscription as I have not utilized Kaspersky for quite some time. I was quite taken aback by the recent charge, especially as there was no prior notification. Since I no longer use this software, I am requesting a full refund of the £54.99 that was debited. The invoice number associated with this payment is [redacted]0. Thank you. - N. Moore

Subject: Unauthorized Payment Query
Dear Sir,
I recently noticed a payment of £34.99 that Digital River Ireland charged to my PayPal account without my consent for KASPERSKY ANTIVIRUS software. Despite my previous satisfaction with Kaspersky, I was unable to download it and opted for Norton instead, making this charge unexpected. I have attempted unsuccessfully to cancel it through PayPal. Being an 84-year-old pensioner on a tight budget, I am seeking assistance with resolving this matter.
I have attached an email confirmation from PayPal regarding the cancellation of the billing agreement with Digital River Ireland. I urge you to refund the £34.99 back into my account promptly. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
George L.

I would like to bring to your attention the issue I am facing with my order for Kaspersky total security. Despite providing all necessary payment details and proofs of the transaction being cleared, I continue to receive messages stating that the payment has not been received by Digital Rivers. Additionally, my order was unexpectedly canceled on August 25th, [redacted], and despite reaching out multiple times and detailing the transaction, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. The refund, expected by September 2nd, has not been processed either. Regrettably, the responses I am receiving from all involved parties are evasive and unhelpful, leaving me with no resolution in sight. I am seeking guidance on how to escalate this matter to higher authorities within the company for a resolution. The service experience I have encountered so far has been disappointing, and unless a solution is provided promptly, I may have to consider switching to another service provider and sharing my negative experience with others.

Hello, I purchased an Avast product for 2.99 euros a month for three years, as advertised. Suddenly, I was charged [redacted] euros, which I cannot afford. Despite contacting Avast support, they only offered to duplicate my subscription as an apology instead of refunding me. I am not interested in apologies; I just want the money back to pay my credit card bill. Avast misled me by claiming 2.99 euros a month was a "representative" price. I feel deceived as a customer and cannot handle this unexpected charge. I demand to be charged 2.99 euros for September and October, with a refund for the rest. Avast's 30-day refund policy doesn't excuse their misleading subscription information. I want a refund promptly. I purchased the Avast VPN on September 8 and realized the full charge on October 20 when I received my credit card statement. I contacted Avast Support via email on October 21.

I made two payments via PayPal on December 27th for £74.99 and £44.99 to purchase internet security for my Android cell phone. I experienced difficulty opening the PDF download, so I canceled the order and requested a refund. On December 29th, you notified me that I was unsubscribed but could still use both programs until January [redacted]. I have now realized that both programs on my laptop have expired and need renewal. I am out of pocket for £77.49 and £44.99, and I am completely confused. It seems I have paid for two programs that I am unable to use and now I am being asked to pay again to renew the programs on my laptop. Could you please refund my money so that I can renew the expired programs on my laptop? The order number for December 27th is [redacted]0 with Paypal. I would greatly appreciate your assistance. Thank you. Stephen G.
