where to start : today i spent ** minutes on the phone with seven different people trying to get a person who could explain why i am not able to use the complimentary trip and to access the cruise certificate given to us after we spent a thousand dollars flying to sedona and renting a car just to sit for the owner update. Oh excuse me, apparently we are not owners but are members of the CLUB. Why did we have to go to this OWNERS update if we are not owners? What it seems to boil down to is that because we made the MISTAKE of buying the LOYALTY package, we are not able to use the COMPLIMENTARY GIFTS. BAIT AND SWITCH is the key to this issue. Diamond has been a hastle ever since we bought in and I am pretty sure that I am being given a bill of rotten goods here, I have spoken to Andrew Riggs, then Nicholas at the same extension, Then Tiandre in marketing then she sent me to Joshua in owner services who soon told me he couldnt help with my issues and transferred me to Sue in Owner services who hung up because I lost it with her and called her the runaround. then i talked to Michelloe in owner services ande found that I am not classified as an owner but a member of the CLUB. She said she doesnt handle points but khandles weeks. This ended my efforts as My hands were shaking too much from the anger I feel towards Diamond.*I have many issues and have not yet been able to get any of them handled* I want to move points to next year but have made a reservation for scotland that Diamont has not registered on my dashboard so I want to have enough left . This has to be dont before June when points are taken away but the trip to Scotland isnt until Late September. I dont trust Diamond to leave the Scotland points in reserve for September and not deduct them. *I have other issues that I will leave for whoever wants to tackle this angry CLUB member PLEASE.*Suggestion: m Hire a concierge!!!
