Hello,*On Feb.*, through Delta, I booked to fly from Detroit to LA on Mar.**, and to retrun on Mar.**.*After about a month and half, on Mar.**,around *:** pm ,tried to Check In through on line, couldn't, called in, Delta agent said my ticket was cancelled. The explanation from Delta agents was, the travel agency booked and cancelled, I have to repurchase with more than doubled price.*First, why Delta has no record on my purchase date, February *? The Delta agent sent the receipt and eticket right after I finished booking with her . *Who's fault is this?*Secondly, why Delta cancelled my purchase by third party without my request? Then now, a night before I am supposed tto pay more than doubled rate to keep my schedule?*Thirdly, why Delta was keep telling me I did not book through Delta? Am I lying about even though I am a victim of whatever system or whoever's mistake is from inside of the company, Delta?*What's the company's business phylosophy?*This huge company so many people would appreciate and even grateful for can't do anything about it?*This society is already messy, however, for the next generations ( you might have your own children) , let's do better than this.*As an worldly great company, there should be prideful reputation.
