This is in regards to Flt DL****, Dec. ** from MPS-StPaul to STL for passengers James Richard and Della Pearl Niemann Ticket *************(**-*)(**-*) check in *HA*QFZ. The flt was to depart MN at **:** arrive in STL *:** but that didn't happen because technical problems w*the engine & getting mechanics in for the repair. Which took a long time. We boarded at **:**pm and sat in the plane in MN until *:**. At *:** was served water & cookie & use of the lavatory. Continued setting in plane another * hrs. Flt left MN approx *:** landing in STL *:**. We always fly Delta Airlines numerous times a year to MN and was disappointed to have had this situation on this flt but thankfully made it safely home. Under these circumstances w*the * hrs of time setting on the plane, which was not our choice, will Delta offer any type of compensation to us passengers for such a long delay and inconveniences. I would be appreciated hearing from Delta*or someone. *Thank You. Della Niemann
I would appreciate a travel voucher for a future flight or a cash refund for the flight.
