Hello,**So last Tuesday I placed an order for the Dell XPS ** * a protectsleeve. But when I look at my orders, I cant see it listed there and I haven't received an email (also looked in my spam folder). Normally you would receive an email that your order has been placed, even if it isn't processed yet right? I paid with iDeal on the dutch Dell site. I'm kinda worried now that something went wrong with the order.*I logged in with a Google account to check out.**I also could not find any email on the contact site, only a telephone number and something where you have to put in your ordernumber (which I dont have obviously). When I call the phone number (which is my only option), I get an error that the number doesn't exist.**I also found some livechat, but it doesnt even work when you select an option (http:**www*.euro.dell.com*content*topics*segtopic.aspx*sales*chat*core?c*nl&l*nl&cs*nlepp*&*isavailable*false )**I am really worried now and I don't get how such a big company has such bad contact possibilities?**Thanks in advance
