I special ordered a wedding veil that cost $***.**At checkout, I swiped my card, and she handed me a receipt to sign, which I did. It wasn't until she handed it back to me that I saw "Final Sale" circled. **When I got home last night, I looked for a different one online, so that I could hopefully convince them to change the order. In the process, I found out that the same veil was $** cheaper on David's Bridal's own website AND currently on sale.**I'm very disappointed. I understand that the company policy isn't in my favor, but I'd like to cancel the order, change it, or get store credit. I don't feel that's unreasonable given that the order was placed yesterday.
GetHuman-lavandyk did not yet indicate what David's Bridal should do to make this right.
