How Do I Return My Item to David's Bridal?

David's Bridal is a wedding dress and accessories department store. Established in 1950, it has become one of the leaders in the wedding dress industry. To date, the retailer has over 300 stores in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico, and the United Kingdom. If you have recently made a purchase from David's Bridal and wish to return it, follow the instructions as outlined below.
Return In-Store Purchases In-Person
If you've made your purchase in person at a retail location, you will have to return your item in person as well. You can visit any of the David's Bridal locations near you. Find the closest store to you by:

Make sure to note the store days of operation and hours before planning your visit.
Return Online Purchases By Mail
If you made your purchase online, you can return your item via the mail. You cannot return online purchases at a retail location.
Go to: https://www.davidsbridal.com/TrackOrder?storeId=10052&catalogId=10051&langId=-1
Enter your order number and your email address. The order number is stated on the email receipt you would've received after placing your order and should be on the packing slip that came in the box with your item.
Select 'View Order.'
Select your order.
Click on 'Initiate Return' (RMA) in the Estimated Delivery column of the item you want to return.
You should receive an email with a shipping label and details on how to complete your return.
Your RMA expires seven days after you initiate the request so be sure to ship it as soon as possible.
Pack up your item(s) with the shipping label. If you're returning multiple items, you can use one shipping label and one box for everything.
Visit any UPS location to drop off the package. You can find the closest UPS to you by visiting https://www.ups.com/dropoff/.
Keep your UPS tracking number and receipt for your records.
David's Bridal will inspect and issue a refund or rejection within 14 days of receiving the package. You will receive a confirmation email once the package has been processed.
It can take up to two billing cycles for the refund to be issued onto your credit card. The shipping and handling costs are deducted from the refund amount.
If the item is damaged or in unacceptable condition, it will be returned to the sender with no refund.
