Smith* ***** Kelly Court* Phenix City, Alabama *******Phone: ***-***-*****Email: *****@***.com**Dear Dish,** On May **, ****, I purchased a Dish TV contract from a door salesman who claimed to represent Dish TV. I purchased a promotional plan which he said, and I signed for, would send me a check for $*** to buy out the contract I had with another company. In addition, I was promised a $*** Visa Gift Card. He said I would receive these within *-* weeks. Well, the day of this letter is July **th, well past the *-* weeks. The Dish TV was installed in my home on May **th, and is up and running. I contacted Dish through Chat and was told that the buyout check and gift card was not noted on my account. Chat gave me a Dish number to call one of your representatives. That representative told me that the door salesman worked for a company called Calibersmart, and it was that company I should contact about the promotional gifts. I attempted to do that, but the phone menu required a four letter passcode which I know nothing about nor was I told anything of such a passcode. Everything I signed had the word Dish on it, and the salesman represented himself as a Dish representative. The salesman’s name was Germain Salinas. He left me his phone number as ***-***-****. I tried to call it, he answered, but when I started telling him about the promo gifts I had not received, he hung up on me. I continued to try to call him multiple times after that, but he would not answer, and I was told no voice mail box was available. I have sent a customer service email to Calibersmart, but so far have not heard from that company. I will just tell you I feel deceived. I feel the promotional deal was misrepresented. Since this person was working for a company representing Dish, I feel, at the end of the day, Dish has a responsibility to get this resolved. In the meantime, I have had to use a credit card to pay off my previous contract with the previous TV server. You have my contact information noted at the top of this letter. I have an online account with you. I would appreciate it if you will see that this deal is honored as presented to me. I do not appreciate being misled and deceived.**Thank You,****Stephen L. Smith
