I went back to OTA channels and it is constantly breaking up. No bad weather. When we first got Dish it didn't do that, but seems the longer we have it the worse it is. I am so disgusted.

I have unplugged Hopper and also rescanned channels, but I should not have to do that every day multiple times per day. ... We have had Dish now for sometime and a year or two ago we became eligible for OTA channels. Lately, in fact this past year the OTA channels have gotten so we can't watch them due to pixilation. Happens when no bad weather all the time. Or no voice or goes in slow motion. I am so tired of this so had them hook me up directly . But I see on guide we still have OTA but now getting charged more. And it still breaks up. Also wondering when contract is up? Please do not send a tech at this time since we have no insurance and can't afford to pay your prices. Thank you
It is very frustrating for my husband and myself as this is our only source of entertainment. And now can't even enjoy that! What are we to do? If our contract was up I would switch to something cheaper like Hulu but not go thru Dish since I have a smart tv, I don't feel I need to pay any extra fees. I feel Dish was a very good company but what has happened? Have to pay for everything little thing! And when I went back to OTA I am still getting charged the extra money even though I only had it a week, and it still broke up. So disgusted. Also do not know how totalk too you through this gethuman thing. Used to be able to chat online but that has also changed. Don't like it and that is why you have not heard from me.
Nothing you can do now. I will have to wait until my contract is up and if it still is this bad I will again switch. My husband and I are retired and can't afford to pay for high price tv. Hulu for us is only **.** and we would get same channels as we get with dish and no breaking up.
We are a good customer because I have a tendency to switch after contract is up, However Dish has been very very good to us in the past up until now. I pay my bill ontime since it is automatic. And I have even suggested Dish to other customers but when I have company and they see how the tv is not getting a good picture , the people do not want a thing to do with it.
