I’ve sent a package to Fitbit, via my local drop off centre, I was told it’s been delivered & signed for,*But now Fitbit are saying they haven’t received it,*And want proof from yourselves that it has been delivered & signed for,*The shipment number was **********,*Which now doesn’t show anything as I presume is because it’s been delivered *Please could you help me with this matter, as Fitbit are not being helpful and now are saying that the returns label was out of date, hence why they can’t track it,*But I was told my dhl the item was delivered with that number and was signed for
