I purchased (upgraded) my phone on ******** at store ***:MobilLink PA LLC-Ogontz. I added * accessories which were offered as FREE if I used the lease*purchase plan. This was Xmas Eve the store was closing. I had a afternoon flight home to Atlanta on Christmas day. After reading the contract I realized the items were not free. I tried to returned the items in Georgia, but everyone said I had to return the items from the location I purchased them. So I drove **hrs over night and returned the items on ********. I wanted to keep the phone, but Tiara (MGR) said I had to return the phone (iphone*) too! After a lot of resistance she took the items back (invoice ******IN****). The name on the receipt says tender by Shahyan A ,but her name is Tiara. After checking with the lease company almost a week later there was no record of the return. I got them to cancel the contract after they verified with Tiara that I returned* the items. On ******** I was back in that store attempting to buy an iPhone *s for cash. Unfortunately, the system would not allow me to buy it for $***. The system said I recently purchased a phone. She never processed the return in the system. I never received a refund of $**.** (**.** initial lease payment***.** new equip fee) from ********. On *******, I went by that store to get a refund credit on the credit card I used. The mgr was off and the guy on duty said the mgr was scheduled the next morning. I returned to the store in the morning but she was not there. Another guy on duty showed the original phone I purchased & returned. My passcode and private info was still active. I offered to buy it but he said he had to check with Tiara (the mgr). She called me later that day (*******) and told me I could buy the phone back for "CASH ONLY" (***.** less the **.** owed to me). I kept her was going to pocket the money since there was no record of the return, but i wanted the phone. I told her I was working and would be there around *pm. When I got there she was gone for the day and guy on duty gave his apologies. Said, she was the ONLY ONE who could handle the transaction and asked me to come back the next day. I couldn't make it. She called me several times on Monday (****) asking me if I still wanted the phone. I told her I wouldn't be back in Philly for a few weeks. She wanted my account and phone pass codes. I gave her my account passcode, but not the phone password. I reminded her she was supposed to sent it back to be reset. All my personal info was on that phone. She said she needed it to process my return and gave me a credit. I didn't believe her. I would like my account credited and my purchased history cleared so I can upgrade my phone.
