I returned a defective phone to cricket store in Dexter, Missouri. The manager said he could not give me money back since i prepaid. I paid for phone when I got it. After telling him I had * days to return phone he told girl to give my money back. He even wanted to know how i knew about * day return policy. He was very rude with me. I have been in contact with customer service and they said he can give back upgrade fee if he wants . I went back to store today and told him what customer service told me. Well he said district manager had to approve it and told him no. I have emailed district manager with no answer so i am talking to you. The phone was defective, i didn't have it for ** hours. I would not have returned it if it had not been defective. Therefore I should get my upgrade fee back. There is nothing posted in store saying it is non refundable. They tried to make me think they was trying to get it from customer service when it was really up to manager. Now he is telling me it was customer remorse. He said he fixed phone. If it was customer remorse why did he have to fix phone. I am not ready to give up the fight as this upgrade fee should be returned to me. I would not have to return phone if it wasn't defective.
