Why is the price so high**Dear Cox**If you are going to raise the price on my only works half the time internet then REMOVE THE DATA CAP. ALSO, FIX YOUR SH* SO I CAN ACTUALLY EMAIL SOMEONE. YOUR LIVE CHAT IS A JOKE. I have Preferef *** internet and it is no where near worth the $** you want to charge. It wasn’t even worth the $** I paid a few years ago. I guess I will file ANOTHER complaint with the Comsumer Protection Board and the Better Business Bureau. That seems to be the only real way anything gets changed. **AT&T internet AND cable*Direct tv WITHOUT DATA CAPS is $** in my area.**Also, we have the Perfered *** but are are getting charged for Permier and it is not available on our area.
