Recently received and connected new internet modem, had to call your agent to verify serial no.*, she then asked did I want the Cox Service Pckage that covers service calls of technician needed, I stated no, she had a rebuttal and again said no and now I see the $* fee is added to my bill, please remove, credit the $* to reduce to my normal billing, immediately! Thank you *I also think that agent should be disciplined for this action!
