The issue in GetHuman-jdwillis's own words
hello my name is Jacqueline willis, i have a concern with this energy company call Xoom they are giving customers a promotion rate and before the promotion is up you will have to call and choose a rate. so when you call back to pick a rate they tell you that you still on your promotion. then a monthly you have this big bill that you wasn't expecting. so i call them about it and one person says we going to fix the bill because they didn't charge it right and then a few days later another person tell you that they pick a rate for you, since you didn't call back to fix one, which i did call back, but was told i was still on the promotion. I truly think they are scamming people!! i truly hope i can have some one look into this issue because it not fair to the consumers to be mislead!
