I am very close to cancelling my service with you because of y our wretched s*rvice...AND my bill has been in excess of $*** for many months. My immediate problem: I taped a program today (Bold and the Beautiful) which for some crazy reason was in Spanish. I called (much earlier this afternoon) your number and talked to someone in the Phillipines who I thought had a Hispanic accent...he corrected me to say he was in the Phillipines. I told him about the program being taped in Spanish and he said he would correct it. I assumed he had, but when I went back to watch it (by playing the recorded tape), it was still in Spanish, I have been unappy with your service for a long time and have thought about cancelling because of you r (frankly) wretched customer service. I am tired of paying well over $*** a month for such wretched service and am very close to cancelling my account, Especially after this ridiculous event today. I STILL have not been able to talk to anyone at your company about getting this fixed. The tape of th*e show (The Bold and th Beautiful) isa still in Spanish. ANd now, I"ve had nothing but grief trying to get in touch with someone to try to get this fixed. I just want my service that I am paying dearly for to be in English. It is inexcusable for you people to have such terrible service...and to charge such ridiculous prices for the poor service. I am having enormous difficulty even trying to get in touch with you to place my most recent complaint and to try to get it fixed.
