To whom it may concern.**I am taking the time to tell you what I have been experiencing dealing with customer service about auto pay because of the way I have been treated, I have had auto pay setup for many years with you and have had problems being dropped from auto pay automatically I’m told because the charge you tried to make did not go through. Every time I check with the credit card company they are telling me that a charge was not initiated by you. I pay my bills and this is not happening to me other then with your company.*It was a problem and now get turned off is a problem for us. I have to have the internet working because I use the internet for cell service. *My wife has cancer and other health problems. My cable was cut off over the weekend and I called to find out why it was off, I found out it was the same problem that was happing again. The last time this happened I give another card information so if this happened there was a *ed card to use and made sure that you have my company email. I ended up having to talk to a supervisor because I could not understand the man from India, I talked to the supervisor was told that one of the problems was I had giving to cards, this is crazy because I was told that if you had two cards on file this would not happen.**Talking to the supervisor I had her call CapitalOne because she said they turned down the charge, Capitalone told us that there was not even one try to charge made the day the supervisor said it was made and there was not a try going back for some time.*This was upsetting to say the least, but the supervisor was NO help at all and started to throw her weight around and really was very upsetting. I asked for her supervisor and she told me she was it, I asked for a telephone number for someone up the chain to work this out and she give me a number that did not help. I will be happy to talk to someone about this because if she was working for me she would be fired.**I am a Electrical Contractor in the Silicon valley for ** years, to give you an idea of the type of work I have done over the years, I wired the first * Google buildings for Perry Arrillaga a large Real estate developer that we have worked for ** * years wiring some other big name company’s. *I’m telling you all this because I don’t even deal with this type of thing myself most of the time, I just wanted you know there is some problems that I would want to know about if all this was going on within my company. **Thanks for reading.**Bruce Holston**My Cell **** *** ****
