Good afternoon my name is Martin Rall and I have been a loyal Comcast customer for several years now it just occurred what I placed an order for the iPad mini and I did not receive it the Box a sealed box with a piece of packing foam now I probably reported to both parties and now I don't seem to be getting nowhere I mean hi have a record number like ** CR tickets concerning this issue this is a this is preposterous they all will what's the need for ** ** tickets at this problem has gone on way too long I took the liberty of contacting the FCC on this matter but I am also thinking I might want to get a lawyer and get him on in on this because I feel like I'm being treated very unfairly I will also take the liberty to disconnect all services in several ties with Comcast. I've also said I wouldn't hold this month's payment I owe until such time that this problem is rectified can you please help me I want a peaceful resolution I don't even care about the iPad no more I've got so much headaches and so much mental and physical anguish over this whole matter now this is not the way lol customer gets treated
