Get SOMEONE at Comcast to help me! ... Approx * Hours ago we had a tremendous rain storm with lightning and thunder. Then ALL three OF MY Comcast services (Internet, Cable TV snd Telephone) stopped working. I called the Customer Service *** numbet TWICE, I got an appointment THREE DAYS from now, and put on a Wait-List for tomorrow. I yried to explain to both of the Customer Service Reps that it was a Comcast OUTAGE, and they needed to report it to their next level up, but to no avail. PLEASE CALL ME. Miles Weinberg (Cell* ***-***-****).
They refuse to prpmise IF someone will be here today or tomorrow.
