Made a Appointment this morning for a tech to show up between *am ** AM no one showed up, called three time , I was told on there way, plus got a text message from tech Claiming he's in front of my house no one there, plus he told his supervisor he called and job was complete, really?? No one showed up plus told his supervisor he called me Which is a lie because my phone is with me all the time and no one has called,, this is totally Unacceptable & unprofessional , if you can't do a simple job by showing up on a Scheduled appointment I'm going to be sceptical with them working on my Devices, I am totally unhappy and stressed over this because I was Lied to, and this is what I'm paying for,,I am about ready to cancel my account and put this all over the internet warning people about the poor customer service,
