Issue is not resolved and no one from Comcast has attempted to contact me after I left a text message with tech support...bottom line Comcast is a horrible company!!!

The issue in GetHuman-usatimbo's own words
Internet service has been out since yesterday....this has happened at least once a week for the past ** months. I spoke with an agent (again!!) this a.m., and internet is still not working. I have since called * different comcast **** numbers and a regional office number and I was either repeatedly hung up on during the prompts I was required to enter, or I got a recorded message that the number I dialed was "unavailable at this time".....really!!! * different numbers across the country for customer support and all inaccesible by paying customers. Totally unacceptable!
GetHuman-usatimbo did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
