I recently was offered a new bundled plan which includes Starz, Netflix and Showtime. This was mid June. I have made repeated calls and have been told the engineers are working on the issue that I have not been getting Showtime. I have two work order nos. *********. The last call to corporate offices was the same as I was told Showtime was not offered and I was giveb a corp. No. ESL********and was told this would be investigated. Also I was told that the package di d not offer Showtime and I have a printed E-Mail from Comcast showing what is included and Showtime is on it. I have lost a lot of time on the phone with advanced technology abd My time is as important as yours. I have been a long time customer and my bill is always paid on time. I really have a sour taste now about comcast services. All I want is what was promised to me.
