windows live mail had a problem sending*receiving - I call Xfininty * times in * days to get help. Finally get a tech rep (?) so she said - she had me change setting on live email - the problem got worse and she said she could do no more - since I am ** and disabled she would send an agent to my home to fix it.*AGent shows up Monday ********* and doesn't know he was sent as he does not fix emails ! I call back again and again - finally get someone who tells me Xfinity does not repair live mail - I repeat the agent had me RESET the settings and it got worse - end of story is they will not FIX what they did wrong to my live mail ! A CHAT agent wasted ** minutes chatting and getting no where. He gave me ***-***-**** and the chat ended. **I hope this email is to a legitimate Xfinity site
