Beale, Michael *Michael*B*****@***.com* Offered to give me a better price, changed my internet speed contingent on that, and then informed me afterwards that I was required to sign a two year contract and that my prior pricing will no longer be honored. **"Subject: RE: Business Account *******************Eric,**I have no problem putting you back to your prior internet speed of Deluxe **. However, when the speed upgrade occurred and you went to the Deluxe *** level, the promotional rate fell off once you left that speed tier. The only way to get that promotional price back in place would be to have a * year agreement signed and submitted. There isn’t any other way to do it.**Thank you,**Michael*"
