My xfinity app says my bill is $168 and I dispute that fact.

I can't get anything on my tv. I get a message "your account needs some attention". Code 3007

Have internet, reset gateway and only get Welcome on the screen. I get all other channels on my Roku.

It sounds like your Comcast Xfinity gateway (modem-router combo) may not be correctly passing internet traffic to your Roku device. When you reset your gateway, it momentarily loses its connection to the network, interrupting all internet traffic. When the gateway comes back online, it re-establishes its connection and should resume passing internet traffic. If you're seeing the "Welcome" screen and not getting further, this usually indicates an issue with the connection between your gateway and Roku device. Try unplugging your Roku device and plugging it back in to reset its connection. If that doesn't work, check your Roku's network settings to ensure it's connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.
