I need to resolve my account, which I attempted to close on three separate occasions last summer. Each time I was promised that the account was closed, and each time I continued to be billed. **The most recent of these calls can be found in your records as call **********. It was August **, ****. On this call, it was confirmed by your Representative that I would be refunded for July **** and charges removed for August ****. Instead of this, I continued to receive my monthly bill, forcing me to close my bank account to stop you from continuing to take my money.**I expect all charges after July *, **** to be refunded. I'm sure that when you listen to call **********, you will agree with my assessment. **Thank you for your attention.
