I have two cases open with Coinbase. They indiscriminately withdrew money from my checking account and then they disabled my account. I've been waiting for a response for over a week. Apparently, when you call them, they recognize your number and drop you, regardless of the time of day. How can I get through to these people? Also, who regulates them?

GetHuman3218146 did not yet indicate what Coinbase should do to make this right.
