Hi! I've chatted with your customer experience team to request for a membership cancellation and the guy I was talking to (Daniel, if I'm not mistaken) cancelled my account BUT do i have to confirm my cancellation on my email? Because I'm unable to log in because I forgot my password. Although it says that my membership is cancelled under "manage your account", it says that my next cycle begins on June ** under "membership". So I would like to know if my membership really is cancelled. Please get back to me soon as I don't want to be charged on June **! thank you.
