You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-ggkas's own words
I initiated a dispute for * airline tickets, but due to the confusion with the disputes, I contacted the Student Universe, the travel agency, to request a refund on a second ticket. I was under the impression that only one of the tickets was refunded through the dispute. I was informed by the Student universe that I need to withdraw disputes on both tickets in order for the airline to issue a refund for both. I withdrew the disputed amount of the tickets ($***.** X *) on ******. *On ******* the charges ($***.** X*)were placed back on my account. It looks like the airline so far agreed to credit one ticket and the travel agency is working on getting a credit for both ticketl. The airline is under the impression that I have already got the credit for one ticket in the amount of $***.**, which is not the case. **The travel agency is trying to help to get my refund back but the credit card is not credited my account**Here is the email with the timeline that the travel agency submitted to Citibank over * weeks ago ***** – chargeback received (this is for both tickets ***************************)***** – chargeback reversed, credit for LOT***** - pre arbitration received for ****************** – pre arb accepted by LOT as a full refund for ticket, debit posted.*CASE CLOSED in ccholder favor.***On June **, ****, ************* was refunded in full. I've attached the REN for your reference.
