You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-mikejetm's own words
I didn’t receive the merchandise*service as agreed. The product is a necklace and a rose box. I've contacted the seller and keep receiving the same reply that says my product has been sent out and ask me to wait for shipping company update my status. However, I've been wait for almost one month and didn't receive any update info from shipping company. Beside, I've checked the review of their fan page on facebook and all of the review said that they're scammed and they have the same problem just like I have so I want to find the way can get my refund since the seller didn't reply any useful info ,like provide me the tracking number or something. And the seller is called Retrosty.
GetHuman-mikejetm did not yet indicate what Citibank should do to make this right.
