My debit card was blocked. I called*in and I was told the card was unblocked now. HOWEVER, I did not*block this card and I was told a complaint was made. I did not*make any complaint and what was the complaint??????? What is going on????

GetHuman-daclufi did not yet indicate what Citibank should do to make this right.
