FRAUD charge of $**,***.** posted to acct on Nov *. I alerted Citi on Nov *, acct was closed*ending in****. That fraud charge remains "while we investigate". I was notified by CreditKarma that my FICO had dropped. It will be * wks tomorrow. Citi has never contacted me, I'm getting less than "professional" reps when I call. The charge in that amt should have been flagged, I should have been contacted..how did it get authorized? It was for a store called "Things Remembered". I should have been alerted and charge should have been removed immediately. Sadly it remains.. My balance went from a little over $**** to now $**,*** !! Simply furious that this occurred, was not alerted, charge remains..ZIP from Citi.
