Dear Sirs,*This morning, I received an unpleasant service at the branch located at **** S. Halsted St, Chicago, IL from Kelly Jiang. I am Citibank's gold customer for a long time. I tried to get a Notary service from her. Usually, the effective timeframe is six month , but she only gave me * weeks (from July * to July **, ****). *I told her the timeframe is too short, she said that this is based on Citibank's policy. Her attitude was very bad. For this short timeframe, I can not complete my next steps. I had Notary service many times at Citibank, all of them were valid for * months prior to expiration. *I would like to know what is Citibank's policy on Notary service. *I can provide you the evidence if you need, please let me know. **Best,*Yong
