I was charged for * purchases made in December ****. I was initially credited for those purchases but then they were returned to my credit card. I received word indicating these were online purchases. The vendor submitted proof the purchases were made. They were not made by me. I have been trying to have this resolved since January, when I noticed the charges on my statement. I am considering closing this account and going elsewhere for my credit card needs if this is not resolved quickly.
