So the closest Chipotle to our home in Las Vegas is a ** mi round trip.*And we take out Chipotle at least twice a month.*my wife said she was craving it so I drove from our home in summerlin to Chipotle on W. lake Mead.*FYI oh, I tried to use the app to order but over and over it identified my physical location and asked "if I'd like it delivered"- I attempted the click the link for "pick up" and again the app reverted to showing me my address and suggesting delivery?!**and then I experienced something that I've experienced a few times before at Chipotle while in line - the young guy in line before meand your Chipotle representative seem to be enjoying each other's company for the moment and after spooning Chicken on to his bowl she reached in and spooned some more on top!**But when I told her it seems like "less than a full spoonful of carnitas"- she said "oh you want me to charge you for double meat then" ***I said no thank you.**So I built two bowls, one vegetarian and one carnitas for my wife and I and when I got to the register I tried to tell the employee about what happened with the app not allowing me to do pick up - she bag my food took my credit card gave it back and I left.**When I arrive back home I handed the bag to my wife and she immediately said honey I think there's only one meal in here!?**I checked the bag and she was correct, they had not put both bowls in the bag, only one, and sent me on my way! ****When I called and asked for the manager and told her what had transpired she first just suggested that I drive back to the restaurant and get my other meal and that she was "sorry I would talk to the staff about being more careful in the future".*I said "that's it oh, that's what you're going to do for me is make me drive back and pick up my meal you forgot to give me?"**Manager then asked well "what do you want me to do for you?"**I replied because of my inconvenience due to your employees mistake I think you should buy Kathy and I dinner next time.*Her response was to give me but one of the meals for free... And I drove all the way back and all the way back home another ** miles and picked up my wife's bowl.**to add insult to injury when I was on the phone with the manager she said she would remake it and have it waiting for me nice and hot when I arrived - she did not!*When I arrive the same employee that help me previously was there at the register and said "oh yeah here's your bowl did you want us to remake it"?!? *Of course by then we were too hungry to wait for another pass through the line and just left with the cold bowl.
