I ordered * separate orders to be sent to my office near the Creve Coeur location. Chipotle sent * order twice and still has not delivered the second order after almost * hours later. When I spoke to the "Takeout Specialist" she was very rude and told me I had to contact DoorDash because it wasn't their problem. I asked to speak to the manager who said the same thing because he doesn't have the phone number for DoorDash. I asked him if he thought I did. He told me to google it. I stated that it wasn't DoorDash's problem that they sent the wrong orders twice. He finally said he would contact them. It's been an hour later and still no food, or a call explaining what was happening. We have no food other than the one person who received their order twice. I called them and asked them when to expect the food. The Takeout specialist said she didn't know. I asked if they were going to make the food over and she said "yeah, I guess."**As a contrast, McAllisters deli got a glass of tea order wrong last week and send over * gallons of tea, personally delievered by the manager. Your customer service is not up to par at all.
