I work night shift at a local hospital and we ordered online and had one of our extra staff go and pick up the order. I had a few people that wanted to order after we had placed the first online order, so I placed a second order online and left a note to put it with the previous order and then called the store and told the manager that we had placed a previous order and that someone would be by to pick up both orders. The last order was never put with our first order and therefore was not picked up. The store never called us to see if we were coming to get it and we realized we were missing the order after the store had closed. The manager was very nice and tried to find the number for customer service because he said he could not give us the refund himself. I need to be refunded for the two meals we never received.
