This is the SECOND TIME in one week I’ve ordered Chipotle online and been called and told they don’t have any of a product and I would have to wait TWENTY FIVE minutes for white rice and that I would also have to replace my order since they didn’t have crunchy tacos made. I get chipotle for my children and myself at least three times a week. I asked for a refund and they told me they couldn’t do that since I ordered online. So I asked for a free meal card or something since they continue to not have products available and they said for me to call customer service.
