Hello Chegg, **I have been subscribed for over a year now, and in order for me to get approved for a mortgage, I need to show proof of a full year of payments made. **I went into my account to pull my billing history, but it says I have no subscriptions or billing info. I do know that $**.** is drawn from my account each month, so I'm not sure why I can't view or receive my billing statement. **My account is under the email address: *****@***.com**Thank you for your time and help!*Dean Akeel
