I rented books on the mobile site and even got the mobile app. I finished my classes and plan to transfer to a two year because I was struggling financially. But, Chegg doesn't notify that I have a subscription to my account! Thus, I lost $**.** for two months of subscription. Please refund something! I only have a cent in my bank account after that. It resorted to taking money out of my savings account. I never used the services! All I did was rent books so I could afford college. But at this rate, I'm breaking down. Please help.
