The issue in GetHuman-motton's own words
I was charged $**.** for the subscription that I no longer needed. I received an email stating that my subscription was expiring with a button to "continue the subscription." I clearly didn't press it, since I don't need the subscription. However, this morning I was charged, which I assume was for the continued subscription. I would have made an effort to cancel had I known that I would be charged, but after getting the email stating I only needed to take action to continue the subscription, I didn't feel the need.
GetHuman-motton did not yet indicate what Chegg should do to make this right.
