I purchased a Marriage, Family, and Intimate Relations book for $**.** in January of ****. This morning (July *, ****) I see that Chegg charged me $***.** for a book and I checked my email*voicemail to see if I had any notifications or calls of a book that needed to be returned. No calls but an email that told me I would be charged for the same book that I purchased, however it was considered “rented” in the email. My account shows that I did indeed purchase it for $**.** and did not rent $***.**. Please help me out with this.
