I changed to chase bank on July *,****. The Rep filled out all my info on his computer and closed out my other bank account. He also said he changed my Direct Deposit with Social Security, but my money was to be deposited today and it's not in my account. I tried checking with SSA but get that there is a *hr.wait n placed on call back list, which they never called me back. I also called bank where i opened account and got only an answer: No deposit shows yet..I said i wanted to be sure that the change went thru but got same answer.I was to get one check today (*** and another tomorrow(***) I am a ** yr. old disabled female n need my money for bills n now i will have to pay a late fee on my rent.If this is how I am going to be treated, I will go back to my old bank.
