I have I spectrum. In September I paid $*** a month. It went up in November and again in December to $*** a month. This was an increase in Oct. November and December. I can’t afford these increases. I need them to roll back the increases.
GetHuman-dwootten did not yet indicate what Charter Communications should do to make this right.
