I placed an order and I want to speak to someone in regards to it. Therefore I called Carter's customer service and I have been on hold about ** minutes. I believe customer service ends at **:** am and I only have one minutes left. Still no one has answered. The email also indicates if there should be a change in order you have to call within an hour of your purchase. Why is it taking so long for someone to assist me?
