I signed up to be a caregiver and paid the background check fee for **$ (**.**$ after tax) and when I enter the app, the screen is still prompting me to buy it. It did not register or go through that I already purchased this feature and am ready for the next step. There’s no way to bypass this screen on the app. I do not want a refund, I want to continue with the next steps to be a caregiver. I have proof of my purchase.
