I never agreed to an account. I did a month trial back in August of ****. Never had access to an account ever. Never used this site. And when talking to a rep. He said there was no one else I could talk to. I’m only being refunded. For * months. When u have been taking my money for over a year. I want to be fully refunded. I never agreed to an account. And never had access to *. If not I’m reporting this
