you have been taking money out of my checking account unknown to me since sept ****, you were only authorized for one month of August ****, there has been no contact to any of your services or caregivers since August, the reason I have found this out is because sent an email to me today saying your were going to charge my account on Sept. * **** which threw up a red flag, because non of your caregivers ever showed up to clean house, some never replied back, why would we pay for that type of service, we are asking at this time to refund the total charges after August ****, we have contacted our bank fraud unit and may follow up with law enforcement next if this is not resolved immediately.
