I have NOT used this account since Oct **** and I want it cancelled. My name is James T Froese, **** SE Gemini Ct., Topeka, KS., *****. I just realized that I am experiencing quarterly billing to my debit card acct. clear back to Oct ****. I'm really not sure what this company does or if they provide a service for me. I KNOW I don't have any continuing service that I am using. If this was a tutoring service, I only used it ONCE back in **** and I only paid for one use. Therefore, I expect a refund for the * billings of $** each in Jan, Apr, Jul and Oct ****, which equals $***.**. This can be applied to the same acct you are billing me. I repeat, I will NOT be content, (will take legal action if necessary) until I am refunded for the service I didn't use in the amount of $***.**. I am available for mobile call or text at ***.***.****. Please respond or email me. Thank you!
